Welcome! I’m Jordan Watson!
I am a Registered Dietitian, ex D2 volleyball player, ocean obsessed, Disney lover and toddler mom who loves the Lord with all her heart!
As a mom and a woman who has been impacted by diet culture, I have struggled with weight loss, body image, and simply finding balance with healthy living. After becoming a mom, I just wanted my body to feel normal, healthy, strong, and of course be at a weight I feel confident in too.
As a Registered Dietitian, I learned a lot about the strategy of weight loss and how our bodies are impacted by our nutrition and lifestyle choices. Personal experience taught me how important finding food freedom is, working on health from the inside out, and mindset is our biggest and most underutilized tool we have!
Weight loss and healthy living is NOT simply “eat less and exercise more”. My heart breaks every time I talk with a woman and this is the advice she is getting from her friends, online, personal trainers and practitioners.
Weight loss and healthy living IS a combination of gentle nutrition and strategic exercise, healing from the inside out such as gut health, improved lab values, balanced hormones, body image, positive mindset, and improving your gratitude and prayer life.
Your health cannot be dwindled down to a cookie cutter diet plan and a meal plan.
My mission and passion is to teach women everything I know about sustainable weight loss, food freedom, balanced living, and walking in the freedom of understanding your body!

COUNSELING
Clients get individualized weight loss and health recommendations, goals, and encouragement. Clients are gently and strategically guided towards the healthy lifestyle they desire that fits their current phase of life (health is not a one size fits all!). We will break down “food rules and beliefs” that are holding them back from being their healthiest self and replacing them with true knowledge of health and how their body functions. The “all or nothing mindset” will be gently replaced with a flexible mindset guided by improved stress management skills, sleep habits, exercise habits, nutrition and hydration habits. Clients can expect to never need to turn to a fad diet again and will be able to maintain their weight loss long term.
